Zig Zag Railway visit. Located in the Blue Mountains this promises to be a most enjoyable and informative outing. Suggest all have a look at their website for more information, https://zigzagrailway.com.au The railway has only recently been reopened after extensive renovation and remedial works. It is extremely popular with tourists and as such bookings must be made online and well before the anticipated date of our visit. The Clarence to Bottom Points return trip is 1hr 30 mins with a cost of $35 for pensioners and concession card holders. A Refreshment room and souvenir shop is also available for your patronage. The trip most suited to our needs would be for the 12.30 pm departure. For those interested in joining fellow members could you please contact the membership Secretary ASAP to enable a method of booking and payment to be finalised. This promises to be a great day out.

National Motoring Heritage Day. Hobby and Motor Show at East Kurrajong School of Arts Stanley Park East Kurrajong. Many displays and shopping opportunities for our pleasure including Classic and Vintage vehicles, Military displays Tractors, antique tools and machinery. For shoppers, browse for handmade jewellery, fused glassware, handspun crafts and plants to name a few items on sale. A BBQ and homemade refreshments are also available. Show 'n' Shine Trophies to be awarded at 2 pm. This event is being organised by the Magic Metal Motoring Club Inc. A fellow CMC member. Entry is $5 for adults and children under 15 free.

25-26 May-A weekend in Bathurst surrounds await us for 2 days of fun and enjoyment at a run being organised by Lee Harris' local car club, the Bathurst Historic Car Club where other clubs are cordially invited to attend. Website is www.bathursthistoriccarclub.com A great opportunity to get our cars out and to meet others with similar interests and of course to see other cars. More details will be forthcoming from Lee but again an expression of interest would be greatly appreciated. There will be a dinner on Saturday night and a yummy morning tea on Sunday morning. For those travelling to Bathurst a Friday night arrival could be a plan

Shannons Sydney Classic at Sydney Motorsports Park- Eastern Creek. Tickets are not yet available but again it will be first in first served with the club purchasing a limited number of tickets. Entry for cars on display and their occupants will again be $25 per car with $5 going to the Prostate Cancer. Foundation.
